A nine race card for the day, with few races to produce upsets. A few races may be set up here and there watch out for them.
Race 1.Current Ray,Win Again, Saganaki Upset : Spiffy.
A 3 year old maidens race. Current Ray had 2 runs, have come up a lot after the runs, today drawn nicely, with Suraj to ride will be right there. Spiffy is half sister to Ocean and Beyond, lot of expectations will be there, is prepared well. The Stallion Black Cash has failed till date, i doubt whether Spiffy will be any different, better to leave this horse today.Saganaki , another well bred horse, is tracking well, but is having problem in taking proper jump, will place.Win Again ran well last time in similar distance, tracking well can surprise.Royal Fortune is also tracking well, can place at long odds note.
Race 2. Absence, Sun Forever, Fire Star Upset : Hurricane Royal,
A class V race. Absence is running at a good handicap, looks prepared for a nice coup. Sunny Superbe is the best bred horse in the field, something seems to be wrong with this horse, better to leave it. Sun Forever is making its debut, tracking very well, is carrying 62.5 kg, which is not good for a filly, can place,winning would be very tough.Hurricane Royal last run was not good, can place here.Fire Star last run was fine, can win here is the jockey is able to handle.
Race 3. Everyday Sunday(Win), North Cape, Champs Elysees Upset : Allez Vite.
A 2000 m race. The race should be between Everyday Sunday, Allez Vite,Champs Elysees and North Cape. I feel North Cape wont stay the distance, if it stays then it will win. Everyday Sunday is tracking well, looks very well prepared, will be the main contender. Allez Vite, looks out handicapped, can place for sure, can upset.Champs Elysees will run well today can place.
Race 4. Fame And Glory, Spark Of Knight, Born To Perform Upset : Smart Exotic
Fame and Glory Stands tall, in this set. A bad race, a surprise can very well be there. Spark Of Knight can surprise, if the Jockey show some competency note.
Race 5. Romance In The Air(Win) , Marie Curie, Leading Lady. Upset : Sweet Timer
Romance In The Air is class above the horses running here, should win.
Leading Lady at this handicap can surely place. Marie Curie though carrying lot of wt, can still place.
Race 6. Red Renegade(E/W), Clear Mandate, Soberano Upset : The Spartan
A class I race.Red Renegade, Soberano and Clear Mandate should fight it out. Clear Mandate is at a nice handicap default place contender can win. Ashkan and Spartan can fight for minor placings.
Race 7. Supremacy, Sunstone, Anna Upset : Gazaki
A competitive race. The main contenders are Sunstone, Supremacy, Gazaki and Anna. Gazaki is carrying a lot of weight, but with Sylvester to guide can surprise. Sunstone is prepared well, with Suraj to guide will be one of the prime contender. Supremacy ran well earlier, with C.D. Hayes guiding it will be the one to beat. Anna can only place with that weight. Bugatti is the one to be considered for long odds place note.
Race 8. Natural Force(E/W), Sundance Kid, Don Diego Upset : Mitraya
Natural force can win today, in this set, is having a nice handicap, showing out in tracks, only concern is the Jockey.
Race 9. Sunstorm, Gluteus Maximus,Cherelle Upset : Mystic Dawn(E/W)
This is a very open race, where picking winner wont be easy. If the day goes awry, try your luck with Mystic Dawn.
